Don is responsible for marketing , project development and team management for all clients. Mr. Craig is a charter member of both the American Institute of Certified Planners, and the Association of Environmental Professionals. Mr. Craig has over 35 years experience as a planner throughout the nation, having been a Planning Director in three locations Colorado and Florida, and has spent over 25 years as a consultant to public and private organizations in the US, Caribbean and Europe.

Barb provides technical planning and design assistance to a wide range of clients for new construction and redevelopment projects. Ms. Mitchell's expertise includes growth management, community planning, affordable housing, site planning, and landscape architecture, member APA. and can provide complete site planning and landscape design services for all types of clients from single-family homeowners to resorts and commercial developments.

Donna has over twenty years working experience in the Florida Keys in varied disciplines encompassing public, private, and non-profit business sectors. Donna is responsible for preparation of applications for site plan and project approval within the various jurisdictions of unincorporated Monroe County as well as the cities of Key West and Marathon. Donna manages the design/permitting teams necessary for each project, and representation of clients at the various boards and commissions who provide approval authority over projects.

Ken brings over 15 years of landscape design and construction experience. Ken provides technical and landscape/site design assistance for a wide range of projects including planned unit developments, public buildings, affordable housing projects, residential and resort redevelopment. Duties include preparation of conceptual plans, site models, planting plans, planting details and construction documents.

Jodell writes applications and documents, conducts research, and assists clients and the other Craig Company planners with their projects.
